These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bizaek, a platform designed for professionals such as Accountants, Realtors, Insurance Agents, and Priests. By accessing our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. User Accounts

To access and use certain features of Bizaek, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your password, and for any activities that occur under your account.

  • Profile Charges: Users must pay a fee to set up profiles on our platform, with charges varying based on the professional services provided (e.g., Accountant, Realtor, etc.). Payment will be securely processed through Stripe.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment Process: All payments on Bizaek are securely handled via Stripe, our third-party payment gateway. By submitting payment information, you authorize Stripe to process your data according to its terms of service.
  • Refunds: In case of any incorrect charges, users may raise a dispute. Bizaek will work to resolve payment disputes within seven (7) days from the date the issue is reported.
  • Subscription Fees: If you opt for a subscription plan, you agree to pay the associated fees based on your chosen plan, and recurring payments will be processed according to the subscription terms.

4. Services Provided

Bizaek provides a platform where users can create professional profiles, allowing them to showcase their services as Accountants, Realtors, Insurance Agents, and Priests. The platform currently serves users in the U.S. and Canada only.

  • Service Availability: While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee 24/7 availability and may experience occasional downtime.
  • Support: We offer customer support to address product-related concerns. We aim to respond to and resolve support requests within three (3) business days.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide Accurate Information: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information in your professional profile.
  • Pay for Services: You agree to pay any applicable fees for setting up and maintaining your professional profile.
  • Comply with Laws: You must follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including laws in the U.S. and Canada when using our platform.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property related to the Bizaek platform, including but not limited to logos, content, and trademarks, is owned by Bizaek Group. You may not use any of Bizaek’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal Activities: You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities or purposes.
  • False Information: You agree not to upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Privacy Violations: You agree not to violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

8. Termination of Use

Bizaek reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time without notice if you violate these terms. Misuse of the platform or breach of these terms will result in immediate account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bizaek is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, profits, or reputation.

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your expectations or be free from errors or interruptions.

10. Payment Issues and Disputes

If you experience any issues with payments, such as overcharges or failed transactions, you must contact us within seven (7) days of the issue. We will work diligently to resolve these disputes, ensuring resolution within seven (7) days of the dispute notice.

11. Product and Service Issues

Should you encounter any issues with the services or profiles you have paid for, please notify us via email. We aim to address and resolve these issues within three (3) business days of receiving your complaint.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of USA, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes will be resolved under the applicable jurisdiction of USA, Canada.

13. Amendments

Bizaek reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and users will be notified via email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure continued compliance.
